The platform allows qualified investors to view opportunities and submit subscription requests.

4. User Account
Users are responsible for credential confidentiality and account security.
5. Subscriptions — The $10,000/Slot Rule
Each investment slot has a fixed value of $10,000 USD. Total amount = number of slots × $10,000.
6. Investment Risks
All investments carry risks including partial or total loss of capital. Projections are estimates, not guarantees.
7. Acceptable Use
Illegal use, fraud, security compromise attempts, and unauthorized data access are prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
The platform and its content are protected by intellectual property rights.
